The rate charged for shipping is based on both the weight and destination of the products ordered. Before you place your order, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to abandon the order if you want to.
We use both USPS and UPS. Please note that UPS can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days. Beyond that point, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased from our online store, www.healinghomefoods.com, mostly unused (missing only a few pieces), and in the original packaging. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to e-mail us at email@example.com and explain the issue.
If your product qualifies for a return/refund, we will provide information on where to send the product, and we will contact you once it has been received and inspected. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
