All of our products are produced in our dedicated gluten free facilities
Our products are all made by hand, so they may vary slightly from batch to batch. We use raw-food preparation techniques, even when preparing products that will ultimately be baked. This helps to keep our products clean and healthy.
Our products are not yet certified gluten-free only because – as with any emerging industry – there are a variety of standards, and we are still deciding which certification to pursue.
Note, though, that no gluten-based products are stored or used in our production facilities, we source only certified gluten-free ingredients, and our products feature nuts, fresh fruit and vegetables, which are gluten-free thanks to Mother Nature.
