We continue to refine our non-chocolate biscotti using local Maine wild blueberries and organic cherries. In this test round, we incorporated our house-dried and ground organic lemon zest along with wild blueberries grown just 6 miles from us.
Two versions available
Version 2 features a brighter lemon profile with increased zest
These have been tested in the past, and with new ovens coming online, we are preparing to make them a more regular offering. Made with local wild blueberries, and topped with a dusting of our yummy blueberry powder maple sugar blend. They are getting very close to where we want them. A bit more tweaking ahead—but we are nearly there.
We still have some nuts available and have just added a fresh batch of Just Walnuts.
