Our foods are produced in a gluten free and certified vegan facility and are suitable for vegans.

Some of our products are baked, some are air-dried and dehydrated at very low temperatures to maximize their nutritional value.

All nuts and seeds are soaked and sprouted to remove enzyme inhibitors, making them easier to digest.

How We Do It

It's no secret that nuts & seeds are packed full of protein, vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats. However, in their raw form, they also contain phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors (to prevent them from sprouting prematurely in nature) which can deter digestion when eaten. We soak and sprout all of our nuts to neutralize the acid and inhibitors so your body can more easily access their natural nutrition.

Dehydration is how we 'process' our raw products. We select the best ingredients available - from nuts and seeds, to veggies and berries - combine & season with our secret recipes, dehydrate, and viola! It removes the moisture from the food at very low temperatures to a point at which microorganisms can't grow, an the food won't spoil.

Always Gluten-Free and Plant-Based

All of our products are gluten-free. We never, ever use genetically modified ingredients, preservatives, or artificial flavorings or coloring. No soy products are used. We use trusted local sources whenever we can, and favor organic producers whenever possible.

The Raw Food Revolution

Raw foodism has a dedicated and growing following (Shelley is an advocate herself). It advocates for food that has not been heated, or has only been heated at very low temperatures, because it widely acknowledged that foods cooked above a certain temperature lose much of their nutrtional value.
