Our first cookie in our farmers market series. More to come. We have been doing some testing and maybe our raw cookies will return soon as well.
This is pretty much a breakfast cookie with chopped raisins. Not too sweet. We made them crunchy to make sure they keep for long enough, but we will work on a soft cookie if we can figure out a good shelf life.
