As we step into 2026, we wanted to share something that feels both nourishing and meaningful to us, sulforaphane.
I first learned about this powerful plant compound back in 2017, when it was beginning to gain attention within the autism community. A podcast by Found My Fitness (Rhonda Patrick), Episode #029 with Dr. Jed W. Fahey, Nutritional Biochemist, discussed the use of sulforaphane within the autism population and much more. It further opened my eyes to just how impactful real food and thoughtful nutrition can be.
