Named for the town of which they were created. Originally made in Pound Ridge, NY (still on this label), our Ridge Bars are sweetened only with dates. Cacao nibs make this product. Smokey and delicious. The seeds (except for sesame) are all soaked and dehydrated. It is amazing how much this process changes the flavor. We are so excited to have this product again. This one is a John favorite.
