We have a subscription portal where you can manage all aspects of your subscription. You see a 'Subscriptions' navigation link in the header of you account page. To get to the account page, click the person icon in the header.

You can skip a subscription delivery at any time. So you can skip a delivery that is scheduled for when you are on vacation.

You can do two things here.

  1. You can increase the frequency of your subscription. For example, if you are getting your subscription delivered every two months, you can change the delivery frequency to every one month.
  2. You can increase the quantity of your order. If you are getting one of subscription bundles in each order, you can increase the quantity to two per order.

You can slow down the frequency of your deliveries. For example, if your subscription is set to be delivered every month, you can change the delivery interval to every two months.

Yes. Our subscription portal lets you do that on your own.

Yes, if want to try some different snacks, our subscription portal allows you to swap out your subscription bundle at any time.

You can cancel your subscription in our subscription portal. No phone call. No hassles.
