This is an oldie but a goodie.
This cracker is nut free and oil free and is a great way to get some fiber into your day.
The base is flax, organic seeds and carrots. We already have some great ideas for additional ways to flavor this cracker, but that will have to wait until next time. These are light and airy without and strong flavors so it works great for enjoying with a salad or dips and spreads.
